(1) If a national servant does not follow the instructions given by the authority in accordance with this Act, he shall be deemed to have violated the prevailing laws regarding his service and conditions.
(2) The authority may send the national servant who does not follow the instructions given by the authority in writing to the relevant agency for action.
(3) According to sub-section (2), if the head of an agency or national servant receives a written action for action, the authorized officer shall take action against him within one month and inform the authority thereof.
(4) If any national servant does not act in accordance with the authority delegated by the authority in accordance with this Act, the authority may investigate the actions taken by such national servant.
(5) During the investigation according to sub-section (4), the authority may take out the related file and also understand the related person.
(6) Sub-section (4) If any public servant is found to have committed illegal activities during the investigation, the authority shall send such public servant in writing to the relevant agency for action in accordance with the prevailing law.
